1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Alpha Intellisense services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Description

Alpha Intellisense provides IT consulting, software development, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and related technology services.

• Custom software development and consulting
• Cybersecurity assessments and implementations
• Cloud infrastructure design and management
• AI and machine learning solutions
• Digital transformation consulting

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Timely payment of invoices
• Cooperation during project implementation
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Services may be suspended for non-payment

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, documentation, and methodologies, remain with Alpha Intellisense unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and expect the same from our clients regarding our proprietary methods and information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Intellisense's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Termination does not relieve obligations incurred prior to termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
